Yes. All of our products are AB (Organic Agriculture) and FR-BIO-01 certified. We select raw materials from certified supply chains and prioritize distribution channels that respect the environment.
Our products are dehydrated at low temperatures (never exceeding 42 °C). This gentle process preserves enzymes, vitamins, and heat-sensitive nutrients, unlike conventional cooking.
The vast majority of our products are vegan and gluten-free: this information is listed on each product page. If you have a severe allergy, please read the ingredient list carefully.
Store away from light, heat, and moisture, in a tightly sealed container. The recommended shelf life is listed on each packet and product label.
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and then shipped. Delivery generally takes an additional 2 to 4 business days, depending on the shipping method you choose. Shipping is free on orders of €80 or more.
You have 14 days to return unopened products. For hygiene reasons, opened food items cannot be returned. All details are on the “Deliveries & Returns” page.
