In accordance with the Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from the date of receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason. This right does not apply to perishable food items or to products that have been unsealed and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. The terms and conditions are specified on the “Deliveries & Returns” page.
The products are covered by the statutory warranties of conformity and against hidden defects provided for in the Consumer Code and the Civil Code.
The information collected is necessary for processing orders and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the GDPR.
